Job Summary

Build and scale the marketing measurement data platform that powers global campaign experimentation and measurement. Own end-to-end ETL pipelines and analysis-ready datasets from ads, creative, and user interactions, while developing core data models and schemas for consistent self-serve analytics. Establish exposure tracking, identity resolution, and URL parameter frameworks, drive data quality and governance (including HDFS/YARN resource management), and partner with cross-functional teams to align data definitions and platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Scale a marketing measurement data platform by building reliable, scalable, unified data infrastructure for global campaign experimentation and measurement.
•Design, build, and manage end-to-end ETL pipelines to transform ads, creative, and user interaction data into analysis-ready datasets.
•Develop and maintain core data models and analytical schemas, including standardized tables and derived metrics for consistent measurement and self-serve analytics.
•Establish tracking and data linkage foundations, including exposure tracking logic, identity resolution, and URL parameter frameworks connecting touchpoints to downstream outcomes.
•Implement data quality, reliability, and scalability via validation, monitoring, and governance, and manage HDFS/YARN queues and resource allocation across the team.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•3+ years in data science roles across business strategy, marketing, finance, engineering, or analytics organizations.
•Strong expertise in hypothesis testing and A/B testing methodologies.
•Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis and pipeline development.
•Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing reporting dashboards and data pipelines.
