Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead consulting/executing projects with the team for end-to-end design and delivery for refinery, oil & gas, and petrochemical customers.
  • •Manage development of functional and concept technical design specifications and provide technical guidance to the project team.
  • •Review implementation against project standards and quality documents to ensure final deliverables meet functional specifications.
  • •Identify, advise, and incorporate modifications in simulation configuration; anticipate project risks and define mitigation plans.
  • •Conduct project reviews with customers, interface for technical queries, and support sales with estimation and technical proposal review during bidding.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 12+ years of experience in simulation for refining/petrochemical process, plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in plant operations.
  • •Strong domain knowledge in chemical engineering principles and operations.
  • •Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • •Knowledge of DCS and ESD is an added advantage.
  • •Strong team handling skills and ability to maintain good working relationships with customers.
