Job Summary

Join DataCamp’s IT team to own day-to-day IT operations and drive automation/AI-powered improvements. You’ll manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain macOS devices, administer Google Workspace/M365, and support ISO 27001/SOC 2 compliance while evaluating new AI tools for enterprise deployment across a global 220-person company.

Key Responsibilities

•IT Operations: Manage the IT helpdesk queue and ensure timely resolution or escalation with clear ownership.
•Automation & AI Operations: Maintain onboarding/offboarding automation workflows and support Claude enterprise admin and MCP connector onboarding.
•Compliance & Security Support: Gather and maintain ISO 27001 and SOC 2 evidence and conduct periodic access reviews.
•AI-focused tooling: Daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) to draft docs, debug automations, and speed up research.
•How you work: Be async-native, self-directed, and security-conscious, delivering high-quality service to internal customers across time zones.
