Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading engineers or owning technical direction for a team.
  • •Production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript, with the ability to work in an arbitrary language to drive AI coding tools.
  • •Strong full-stack development skills building web applications using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
  • •Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and building agentic frameworks.
  • •Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools including Claude Code and Cursor, plus strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
