Lead a small team of Decision Engineers (AI Software Engineers) building AI-powered tools and decision systems for business operations. •Lead a small team of Decision Engineers, setting technical direction and owning the delivery bar for what ships.
•Stay hands-on by personally shipping the highest-leverage AI tools and agents for business operations workflows.
•Identify high-impact AI augmentation opportunities across business operations workflows and ship tools that deliver measurable productivity gains.
•Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure, including AGENTS.md and SKILLS.md, along with shared skills for the wider organization.
•Grow engineers through review, direction, and hiring, and partner with leadership to translate goals into an AI tooling roadmap.

Salary: USD 269,000 - 335,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading engineers or owning technical direction for a team.
•Production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript, with the ability to work in an arbitrary language to drive AI coding tools.
•Strong full-stack development skills building web applications using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
•Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and building agentic frameworks.
•Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools including Claude Code and Cursor, plus strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
