Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues to support uninterrupted production.
  • •Manage maintenance schedules, repairs, and improvements for HVAC, compressors, pumps, motors, and production machinery.
  • •Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
  • •Maintain documentation of maintenance, repairs, and safety checks; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience in a similar maintenance position.
  • •Electrical and/or Mechanical engineering background (Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
  • •Proficiency with health and safety legislation and the ability to work under pressure.
  • •Strong analytical skills, team leadership, organizational skills, and effective communication.
  • •Computer skills including MS Office and CMMS; preferably knowledge of BEAM and SAP PM maintenance software.
