Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in three 8-month rotations within the Engineering team, with opportunities to build cross-functional knowledge with Product Management and Operations.
  • •Complete project assignments that help you understand how the facility operates and contributes to success.
  • •Engage in networking and multiple touchpoints with the Program Team, SLP peers, executives, and alumni.
  • •Rotate work assignments, projects, and teams every 6–12 months throughout the program.
  • •After successful performance, support is provided with post-program placement into roles requiring excellence and leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • •Preferred: software/program experience including SAP and 3D CAD (e.g., CATIA, DeepHow).
