Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on a broad range of international trade issues, including but not limited to CFIUS reviews, customs (imports), sanctions, export controls, and trade remedies.
  • •Support international trade-related transactional and regulatory work, including representing clients before government agencies and in administrative proceedings
  • •Provide guidance on compliance with U.S. trade regulations and free trade agreements
  • •Draft and negotiate high-quality documents and submissions with precision and efficiency
  • •Manage multiple matters simultaneously and deliver exceptional client service
  • •Collaborate effectively with colleagues across offices and practice groups
Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 370,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in international trade; experience with CFIUS, customs compliance, or trade remedies is strongly valued.
  • •Strong drafting, analytical, and legal research skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to assume responsibility for client matters and work both independently and in a team.
  • •Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
  • •Admission to the D.C. Bar, or eligibility to obtain admission through waiver
