Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop new profitable client relationships and grow long-term profitable relationships using referral sources and centers of influence.
  • •Coordinate with One Bank partners to create and implement relationship strategies and conduct relationship strategy review meetings.
  • •Meet with customers regularly to ensure business needs are met and lead client-facing activities including credit support, treasury management, and capital markets.
  • •Analyze financial information to support credit decisions and partner with portfolio managers/credit officers while adhering to portfolio guidelines.
  • •Use the bank’s CRM system to track client activity, pipeline, and call reporting; participate in community and industry forums to expand networks.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of commercial banking experience and experience in relationship account management (9 years preferred).
  • •Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience; underwriting experience preferred.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of commercial products, credit, and financial statement analysis/accounting principles.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with prospecting and CRM sales tools preferred.
