Job Summary

Fulfilment Manager for HSBC Global Payments Solution (GPS) oversees the service experience for a defined portfolio, handling client escalations, ensuring smooth onboarding, coordinating with Implementation and Relationship Banking, and collaborating with Product teams to grow cash management knowledge while maintaining and expanding revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the primary point of contact for inbound new product requests for your assigned region and manage client escalations to ensure timely, effective resolution.
•Engage with global clients and key stakeholders to provide product knowledge and functionality for your region, supporting onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
•Act as senior escalation point of contact for Fulfilment team members locally and globally, ensuring high-quality query management and transactional interactions.
•Own the quality and resolution of client queries and projects, evaluating options and escalating where needed to mitigate risks.
•Collaborate with Implementation and Relationship Banking teams to follow up on client requests, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of global cash management and clearing services, products, and techniques.
•Proven ability to identify and meet customer needs through a broad range of products and services.
•Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
•Strong project management skills to handle onboarding, fulfilment, and client management processes.
•Ability to evaluate options for resolving complex queries and escalate challenges when needed.
