•Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, portfolio prioritization, and scalable service product reporting.
•Partner with SBU heads to define financial review processes, templates, checkpoints, and decision inputs.
•Build and maintain cost models, economic assessments, and investment frameworks for service offerings.
•Develop revenue, margin, and customer engagement plans; evaluate value creation and risks relative to required investment.

Salary: USD 106,000 - 146,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred).
•Typically 5–7+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience.
•Advanced Excel skills required.
•Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL strongly preferred.
•Strong business acumen and strategic, structured thinking to solve complex problems independently with minimal guidance.
