  • •Participate in development of site-specific goals and ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • •Review and evaluate daily route schedules and coordinate with Logistics Operations Planning and Scheduling to address issues.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, and succession planning through coaching, leadership development, training, and performance management.
  • •Ensure work areas meet workplace safety standards, including yard cleanliness and GEMBA walks, and coordinate inventory movement as needed.
