Key Responsibilities

  • •Support care operations, medical affairs, and EMR product engineering teams on healthcare regulatory requirements for telehealth-driven care delivery.
  • •Advise cross-functional teams on healthcare regulatory issues and legal risk considerations for facilitating treatment through telehealth and new product launches.
  • •Identify issues touching privacy, product, employment, litigation, and pharmacy.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and a current active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
  • •4+ years of experience as a practicing attorney with healthcare regulatory experience.
  • •Extensive experience with healthcare laws and regulations, particularly telehealth compliance/operations and digital health.
  • •Ability to interpret and advise on state and federal laws and regulations for care delivery services, including telehealth technologies and CPOM-related considerations.
  • •Strong record of providing creative, solution-focused advice and adapting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
