Job Summary

Develop and support new HMI applications for ASML’s eBeam inspection tools at customer sites, including use-case development for product adoption and resolution of customer gap defects. Execute projects with stakeholders, define customer technical requirements based on product roadmap analysis, and support new product JEP and wafer demo activities. Attend customer technical meetings and follow up requests, with occasional travel to other cities (up to 10%).

•Develop new HMI applications for eBeam inspection tools at customer sites and follow up on application issues and customer requests.
•Create new application use cases to support eBeam product adoption and resolve customer gap defects.
•Support new product JEP and wafer demo activities.
•Execute projects in collaboration with stakeholders and define customer technical requirements from product roadmap understanding.
•Attend customer technical meetings and follow up customer requests, including travel to other cities of the country up to 10%.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of field service, semiconductor equipment, mechatronics, or automatic control–related experience.
•Min. Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (MS preferred).
•If you have less than 3 years of experience, you must hold an MS degree in an engineering discipline.
•Experience with inspection or metrology (preferred).
•Strong eBeam inspection or semiconductor process knowledge with the ability to analyze and solve customer problems.
