Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with functional leads to build subcategory strategies based on business conditions.
  • •Conduct end-to-end value chain reviews and identify changes to drive implementation of a competitive, resilient supply network.
  • •Perform cost-analysis and Total Cost of Ownership activities with finance, operations, and technical teams to identify savings opportunities.
  • •Develop and execute subcategory sourcing strategies (e.g., RFI/RFP/RFQ) including scorecard and bid analysis, and negotiate supplier contracts.
  • •Manage contractual variations, mitigate single-source supplier risks with contingency planning, and proactively manage supplier relationships and performance.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of sourcing or procurement experience in a multinational environment, preferably chemical, agrochemical, agriculture, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • •Strong strategic sourcing proficiency and ability to articulate subcategory strategies using a clear methodology.
  • •Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, including the ability to influence others without authority.
  • •Willingness to travel locally/domestically when required and ability to collaborate across time zones.
