Key Responsibilities

•Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
•Engage with customers to provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment and build daily client relationships.
•Analyze reports in partnership with leadership to strategize, deliver results, and highlight growth opportunities.
•Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and implement selling initiatives as needed.
•Educate guests on the ALO brand, including Retail, Yoga, and Café, and communicate store goals, initiatives, and new product launches.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
•Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
•Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as part of a team.
•Fosters genuine connection through empathy, compassion, integrity and building trusting relationships.
•Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
