Job Summary

Support the service team at Brasserie Quarré in Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin by assisting the Demi-Chefs and Chefs de Rang with station operations. •Perform mise en place: prepare and reset the service area, support opening/closing processes, and keep the workplace clean and well organized.
•Welcome and proactively care for guests, forwarding requests or feedback to the responsible Demi-Chef/Supervisor.
•Ensure strict compliance with fire safety, hygiene (HACCP), and safety standards, and support trainings, meetings, inventory, and cross-department tasks.
