Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the Partner Program architecture across all partner categories, including tiering, entitlements, and benefits.
  • •Design and govern the global partner incentive framework (MDF, SPIFs, rebates, co-sell incentives) and track incentive ROI to scale, adjust, or sunset programs.
  • •Manage a team of Partner Program Managers and own the end-to-end partner journey (onboarding, tiering/qualification, certification, renewal, escalation resolution).
  • •Partner with PRM and Digital Process & AI Operations to ensure program rules are reflected in the PRM platform and identify automation opportunities with AI.
  • •Define and own program-level KPIs and deliver ongoing program health reporting and business reviews to executive stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in partner/channel programs, alliances, or partner marketing at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure/data company, including 3+ years managing a team.
  • •Experience owning a multi-tier partner program end to end (design, launch, governance, and ongoing evolution) across multiple partner types.
  • •Deep experience designing and governing partner incentive programs (MDF, SPIFs, rebates) with clear ROI discipline.
  • •Experience with cloud marketplace partner programs (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how they interact with a vendor’s own partner program.
  • •Familiarity with PRM platforms (Salesforce PRM, Impartner, Workspan, or similar) and how program rules are operationalized in them.
