Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the lifecycle management of environmental projects in the brownfield/redevelopment domain from conception to final implementation.
  • •Drive business development and project acquisition; leverage networks with industrial clients and developers to expand opportunities.
  • •Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, collaborate with technical experts and department heads, and manage project governance.
  • •Oversee project control and team leadership across site lifecycle including remediation, demolition, and redevelopment.
  • •Apply innovative thinking to identify new markets, customers, and approaches to improve solution development and growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural sciences (geo or environmental sciences, environmental engineering, hydrogeology), civil engineering or an equivalent degree.
  • •Several years of experience in client acquisition, management, and leadership of projects, especially in site recycling, brownfield remediation, building contamination cleanup and demolition.
  • •Solid knowledge of environmental regulations, requirements, and laws.
  • •Fluency in German and English.
