Job Summary

Provide technical and clinical support to healthcare providers for Philips VeriSight Pro 3D ICE (intracardiac echo) by building expertise in 3D ICE use across procedures. Partner with Regional and Territory Managers to deliver consultative education, support evaluations of new products, and provide clinical feedback. Coordinate case support and hospital stakeholder engagement before, during, and after cases, including trials, registries, and educational events to help commercialize this new sales and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, maintain, and provide technical and clinical product support, systems support, and sustained education for the VeriSight platform.
•Partner with Regional and Territory Managers and internal Philips teams to align activities with VeriSight business objectives.
•Become an expert on 3D ICE use across multiple procedure types and use consultative education techniques to identify customer needs and opportunities.
•Support evaluation of new products and provide clinical feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
•Plan and schedule case support to maximize hospital stakeholder engagement pre/intra/post case, including physician and staff training and support for clinical/marketing trials and educational events.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 154,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Registered or Certified Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography with relevant IC/EP experience.
•2+ years of experience in clinical echocardiography lab, including ultrasound console experience using Philips EPIQ.
•Advanced knowledge of clinical ultrasound and echocardiography technologies, advancements, and the business landscape.
•Minimum bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of relevant professional or military experience.
•Strong clinical and technical knowledge to engage physicians and clinical staff, and present a value proposition.
