•Prepare correspondence to policyholders and agents while identifying solutions and efficiencies.
•Collaborate with agents, agency personnel, claimants, beneficiaries, physicians, medical institutions, and attorneys to provide claim information.

•1+ years of work experience; annuities experience is strongly preferred.
•Ability to navigate multiple computer systems with minimal assistance.
•Demonstrated interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication.
•Understanding of annuity and financial services regulations (preferred).
•Dedicated, productive approach with empathy for customers during difficult times.
