Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage credit rating agencies and oversee credit rating submissions and content.
  • •Run earnings call management and coordinate investor meetings and capital market conferences.
  • •Oversee IR reporting deliverables, including Investor Relations Report and Annual Report production.
  • •Lead the debt and equity capital markets IR program, including annual EMTN program updates and related stakeholder engagement.
  • •Ensure regulatory-compliant investor disclosures by coordinating releases, press notifications, and investor relations information across DFM, SCA, Nasdaq, Reuters, and Bloomberg.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in the required sector.
  • •In-depth understanding of financial and investment markets.
  • •Experience with financial reporting, capital markets/corporate IR, and financial management.
  • •Knowledge of credit rating submissions and investor/market communications (communications experience is an advantage).
  • •Strong communication, presentation, and social skills; CA/CPA/CFA/CIMA/MBA are advantageous.
