FinCrime Operations Team Lead - AML Investigations

Lead the AML Investigations team for Wise in Kuala Lumpur, helping identify suspicious payment activity and maintain regulatory compliance. You’ll build and develop a high-performing operations function with strong ownership, operational process design, training, performance management, and KPI/SLA improvements. Partner with other leads, product, and compliance teams to manage operational impacts of changes, improve customer experience, and increase automation and efficiency.
