Key Responsibilities

•Advise client on Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) selection and all aspects of Directional Drilling (DD) performance.
•Ensure BHA assemblies are completed as planned with correct make-up torque, doping and handling; maintain up-to-date well profiles and provide directional survey data to client teams.
•Prepare daily Directional Drilling reports and distribute to offshore/onshore teams and the DDC; complete BHA performance reports for each BHA run.
•Ensure all service tickets and paperwork (data spreadsheets, lessons learned, EJCS, KPI forms) are completed and signed when required prior to leaving the site.
•Inspect company equipment at the work site to verify proper quantity, configuration, and documentation for the DD scope.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 181,440 annually

Key Requirements

•Employer will accept 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a Field Prof-DD, Genl-related occupation.
•Experience verifying maps and coordinate systems used to define surface locations, drilling targets, Geological Zones and Drilling Hazards.
•Experience with Anti-collision policy, collision indicators, and Anti-collision scanning methods.
•Experience planning and exacting multilateral directional drilling, sidetrack, and horizontal drilling.
•Experience applying principles of Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) selection and aspects of DD performance to ensure that BHA's are assembled as planned including correct make-up torque and handling BHA with rig persona.
