Director, Revenue Operations

Lead the Revenue Operations team to provide forecasting, financial, and performance visibility across the customer lifecycle from lead awareness through activation. Own the GTM planning approach, including capacity modeling, territory design, quota setting, and coverage strategy across US and international markets. Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline predictability, ensure smooth revenue handoffs, and deliver executive reporting on revenue drivers, adoption, expansion, and churn risk.
