Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance, support, performance feedback, and facilitating training and development
  • •Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members meet performance expectations, goals, and SLAs
  • •Execute category-level sourcing projects using established processes
  • •Support creation, review, and negotiation of contracts; negotiate supplier pricing, service levels, and commercial/legal terms to maximize savings
  • •Conduct supplier risk assessments, run competitive bids, manage supplier relationships, and measure performance against negotiated SLAs and quality metrics

Salary: USD 190,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • •8+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
