Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, monitor, and maintain facility gas generation, storage, and distribution systems.
  • •Handle LN₂, N₂, CO₂, O₂, CDA, Argon, Hydrogen, and Helium specialty gas systems.
  • •Ensure uninterrupted gas supply to production and facility operations while monitoring purity, pressure, flow, and consumption.
  • •Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; fix alarms, leaks, and operational issues.
  • •Support commissioning, qualification, and expansion of gas infrastructure while ensuring EHS compliance and maintaining SOPs, calibration, and maintenance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering field.
  • •Proficiency operating and maintaining industrial and specialty gas systems across generation, storage, and distribution.
  • •Experience with cryogenic storage, cryogenic piping, and gas detection/leak detection and emergency response.
  • •Knowledge of hazardous gas safety with strong EHS compliance (LOTO, PTW, and related requirements).
  • •Ability to use reliability practices (preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance, RCA, and HAZOP) and maintain operational records and SOPs.
