Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product Strategy Managers and Project Leads to define project scope, phase-wise deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
  • •Break project goals into short, manageable sprints to mitigate technical and execution risks.
  • •Develop and manage project budgets and track expenditures, updating forecasts based on plan changes and leadership reviews.
  • •Ensure timely execution of NTI projects through planning and resource management; organize ideation workshops and innovation summits.
  • •Drive prototype sample builds and PoC activities by working with suppliers, coordinating design feasibility/quality approvals, and partnering with manufacturing, digital engineering, IP, SCM, and product strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Automobile/Production with 3–6 years of professional experience.
  • •1–3 years of program management experience, preferably in the Automotive segment.
  • •Hands-on program management experience.
  • •Exposure to basic Agile methodology and sprint planning.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), including conflict management and results-driven mindset.
