Job Summary

Provide Level 3 production support for mission-critical capital markets, banking, and trading systems in a 24/7 environment. Triage and resolve incidents across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers, perform root cause analysis, and maintain RCA and operational dashboards. Support trade lifecycle processes, deployments, patches, and upgrades, while optimizing batch processing and performance to meet SLAs. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams and drive automation to improve reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a Level 3 escalation point for mission-critical trading, risk, payments, and settlement incidents, ensuring rapid resolution with minimal downtime.
•Perform deep troubleshooting across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers to identify root causes.
•Support trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, validation, settlement, and reporting.
•Maintain incident logs, RCA documentation, and support dashboards; support deployments, patches, and system upgrades with validated stability.
•Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to implement support automation and optimize configurations and batch performance to meet SLAs.

Key Requirements

•6+ years supporting enterprise financial or trading systems, with focus on trading, settlement, or large-scale banking systems.
•Hands-on Unix/Linux administration with scripting (Shell, Python) and log analysis.
•Expertise in SQL (complex joins, query optimization) using Oracle, SQL Server, or similar databases.
•Experience with batch processing tools such as Control-M and troubleshooting in mission-critical environments.
•Understanding of ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
