Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products for associates and customers.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, agents and multi-agent workflows, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies (e.g., AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, PyTorch) to build and scale solutions.
  • •Invent and apply state-of-the-art foundation model optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput.
  • •Set enterprise AI architecture direction, unify tooling/observability/deployment standards, and lead integration of routing, caching, and orchestration systems for hybrid and multi-model workloads.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 244,700 - 279,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus 8+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master’s degree plus 6+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies.
  • •8+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.
  • •Experience designing AI systems with tradeoffs across cost, latency, throughput, and accuracy.
  • •8+ years deploying scalable, responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent private cloud).
  • •Experience architecting, designing, developing, integrating, delivering, and supporting complex AI systems.
