Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and buildout of core clearing infrastructure across brokerage, custody, ledger, asset movement, and global market expansion.
  • •Define long-term architecture for clearing platform components including accounts, positions, balances, ledgers, journals, settlements, stock record, and regulatory books and records.
  • •Design multi-currency cash and position systems to support global equities, FX, fractional trading, options, bonds, Treasuries, fixed income, mutual funds, and more.
  • •Partner with engineering to prototype and build clearing services for a true self-clearing model instead of relying on third-party workflows.
  • •Translate clearing, custody, and regulatory requirements into clear product and engineering requirements while working cross-functionally with operations, finance, treasury, compliance, legal, risk, and product.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product management, technical program management, or engineering on brokerage, clearing, or post-trade infrastructure.
  • •10+ years of experience in brokerage, clearing, custody, trading infrastructure, financial market infrastructure, or capital markets technology.
  • •Deep domain expertise in at least one clearing surface such as settlement/stock record, books and records, corporate actions, margin, or DTCC processing.
  • •Highly technical ability to work directly with engineers and translate complex domain requirements into scalable system designs.
  • •Comfort operating in a regulated broker-dealer environment and leading senior teams while influencing across functions.
