Job Summary

Establish, socialize, and execute a software rationalization capability across the enterprise. Analyze software installations, purchases, categories, and Aon (homegrown) application dependencies to identify rationalization opportunities and cost savings. Drive prioritization based on savings size, risk, and effort, while working with key stakeholders to gain buy-in. The role supports virtual and hybrid work from the Kraków office on a full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish a software rationalization model/approach for the Aon enterprise.
•Socialize the model with key stakeholders and gain buy-in.
•Analyze software installs, software purchases, software categories, and Aon (homegrown) application dependencies to identify rationalization opportunities.
•Prioritize execution based on timing, size of savings opportunity, risk, and level of effort.
•Perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Asset Management, including Software Asset Management, and experience leading projects with measurable outcomes.
•Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
•Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow SAM Pro experience.
•Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
•Strong self-motivation and proactivity, working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
