Job Summary

Own project control and delivery for Oracle ERP implementation/integration initiatives, coordinating staffing, timelines, and contractual deliverables. Create and maintain detailed project plans, weekly status and financial health reporting, and meeting minutes while managing scope, budget, and risk. Lead multiple complex projects at once, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive the Project Management team to achieve objectives and project gross profit targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform project control activities including detailed project plans, weekly status reports, financial health reports, and meeting minutes.
•Manage successful client ERP implementation/integration projects, including contractual deliverables and timelines.
•Manage customer expectations, deliver within scope and budget, mitigate issues, and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
•Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking; track expense, project timeframe, and customer satisfaction to achieve Project Gross Profit index.
•Analyze risk, establish contingency plans, manage stakeholders, and motivate the Project Management team to achieve project objectives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of total experience, including 2 years in project management and 1–2 full lifecycle ERP implementations.
•Experience on relevant applications with hands-on ERP systems and full understanding of implementation methodology.
•Functional knowledge of Oracle modules (preferred) and familiarity with Oracle methodology and documentation.
•Ability to create and maintain project deliverables (project charter, integrated project management plans, status reports, timesheets, communications plan, budget and schedule).
•Proficiency in MS Office suite, including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint; PMP certification is an advantage.
