Build strong relationships with retail banking customers through proactive outreach and follow-up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess client banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate customers on deposit and loan products while recommending solutions aligned to their goals. Deliver an optimal client experience by greeting clients, completing basic transactions, opening accounts, processing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Educate clients on digital and self-service tools using operational excellence and accuracy.
