Job Summary

Coordinate and lead machine-technology projects in the Technik area, including cross-trade implementation of operational and mechanical measures. Oversee planning and monitoring of project phases while ensuring required documentation, perform change control, and develop risk management for investment scope prioritization. Manage special projects and technical-organizational measures to maintain production readiness, and contribute to investment and repair planning at the Philippsthal site.

•Implement operational and machine-technology measures across trades and departments
•Lead projects for the creation of new facilities
•Plan and monitor project phases and ensure the required documentation scope
•Perform project monitoring and change control
•Develop risk management for assessing and prioritizing investment scopes; lead special projects and support investment and repair planning

Key Requirements

•Bachelor/Master/Dipl. in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics or comparable qualification
•Extensive experience in project leadership with a list of reference projects
•Project management certification (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) is an advantage
•High self-motivation to successfully complete projects
•Team orientation, assertiveness, and safety-conscious working style
