Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct legal research and draft legal memos.
  • •Ensure legal monitoring.
  • •Participate in drafting and negotiation of contracts/contractual clauses with service providers.
  • •Participate in the implementation of GDPR and assist in implementation of regulations.
  • •Provide legal advice to teams across subjects (consumption law, advertising law, environmental law, distribution law, intellectual property law, competition law, digital law, privacy law, and compliance).

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing an EFB student status and/or DJCE or Master II in law, ideally in digital or e-commerce law, privacy law, distribution/consumption, or economic/competition law.
  • •English and French with fully professional capability.
  • •Strong interest in politics and circular economy regulation.
  • •Prior internship experience in a related area (legal department of a company and/or a law firm).
  • •Excellent communication skills and strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.
