Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment including injection molding machines, IML automation, assembly lines, and facility support systems. Work across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including installation and print-reading. Perform daily preventative maintenance paperwork, comply with safety and lean principles, and collaborate with mechanics, engineering, and manufacturing on continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot and make repairs on production equipment including injection molding machines, IML automation equipment, and assembly lines.
•Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on operating equipment and support equipment.
•Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or program issues with molding and support equipment.
•Install machine electrical, plumbing, and interfaces with other systems; provide solutions and improvements to equipment issues.
•Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks and maintain required paperwork while complying with safety regulations and lean manufacturing principles.
