Lead legal technology and operational improvements across the legal function, implementing contract management, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and process enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability. Oversee contract lifecycle administration, e-discovery and legal holds, and documentation/data governance, while managing vendors and budgets for legal service and e-discovery providers. Serve as a legal technology subject matter expert, support attorneys on legal matters, and work onsite at the Nutley, NJ headquarters at least three days per week.

•Oversee contract lifecycle management, including intake, tracking key dates, signature management, and document retention.
•Manage e-discovery processes, legal holds, data governance initiatives, documentation standards, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and outside counsel.
•Oversee vendor and budget management for legal service providers and e-discovery vendors, including pricing negotiations and budget monitoring.
•Train and support the legal team with legal technology guidance, and provide legal support for contract review, litigation, and investigations.

•5+ years of experience with e-discovery and legal technology in a professional setting.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, matter management systems, and contract management systems.
•Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
