Job Summary

Drive continuous improvement in PVC extrusion processing and manufacturing operations. Ensure quality standards for raw materials and finished goods by conducting testing aligned to customer and regulatory requirements. Design, document, and run experiments to optimize processes, and evaluate manufacturing systems. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, safety, and product innovation, including support for new product development qualification.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as subject-matter expert for processing and establish standards and procedures for continuous improvement.
•Provide training and mentorship on engineering processing techniques.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate goals and operational excellence.
•Support new product development, including color and strength qualifications.
•Evaluate, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes and document technical guidelines while improving efficiency, output, and safety.
