Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customer care and claims activities across Qantas Group and code-sharing partners in the region.
  • •Act as a liaison between Customer Care, Airports, Commercial teams, Legal stakeholders, and alliance partners to manage issues efficiently.
  • •Support customer complaint resolution, monitor customer and claims trends, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • •Provide regular reporting, stakeholder engagement, and service recovery coordination to support alliance operations.
  • •Manage operational enquiries professionally and ensure customer outcomes are handled efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • •Experience in customer service/customer care, complaints management, claims coordination, and service recovery (airline/travel/tourism/airport operations highly regarded).
  • •Proven ability to manage complex customer issues and deliver positive, customer-focused outcomes.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple business functions.
  • •Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, plus the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
