Key Responsibilities

  • •Build partnerships with finance teams to provide ad-hoc transfer pricing advice and solutions.
  • •Lead internal transfer pricing risk assessments and drive implementation of transfer pricing processes, controls, and monitoring.
  • •Perform functional and financial analyses to reaffirm existing transfer pricing policies.
  • •Implement, monitor, and maintain operational transfer pricing processes, including improvement suggestions and periodic transfer pricing calculations.
  • •Collaborate with external consultants to prepare, review, and update contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation and respond to internal/external transfer pricing inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of transfer pricing experience in a multinational/global company, accounting firm, and/or other professional firm, including 2+ years as a senior manager or equivalent.
  • •Experience across transfer pricing planning, compliance, and controversy matters.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or an equivalent related field.
  • •Strong data analysis and time management skills.
  • •High proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese for effective written and oral communication with global partners across Brazil and Mexico markets.
