Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate accurate, timely recording of service project costs including materials, timesheets, labor hour allocation, and daily reports.
  • •Initiate invoicing for completed work and prepare payroll documentation while managing technician applied and unapplied time.
  • •Generate, interpret, and print assigned reports; validate cost-to-date and reconcile project data in business systems.
  • •Monitor account receivables and manage invoicing status by reviewing, investigating, and helping resolve billing disputes with internal teams and customers.
  • •Coordinate the invoicing process (format, layout, attachments, mailing) and review billing backlog in partnership with Service Managers, HVAC Field Technicians, customers, and Trane claims.
