Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow plant and department safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements; escalate and address safety concerns.
  • •Connect to and troubleshoot PLC and drive platforms; perform advanced troubleshooting using root-cause and rapid problem-solving techniques.
  • •Calibrate and configure process controls, including E/P devices, load cells, and sensors, and adjust PID temperature control systems.
  • •Train and mentor maintenance technicians and trainees; identify production losses related to automation systems and communicate corrective actions.
  • •Update electrical prints and redlines using AutoCAD 2D; develop electrical procedures/technical documentation and support after-hours maintenance and OEM equipment optimization.

Key Requirements
