Key Responsibilities

•Define sponsorship and partner event strategy, including sponsorship packages, exhibitor programs, and partner activations across flagship and third-party events.
•Lead and develop a global, distributed events team; establish priorities, operating rhythms, and standards across regions and time zones.
•Build with an AI-native approach by using AI tools and agents to improve workflows, automate reporting, increase capacity, and personalize attendee journeys.
•Shape the global strategic events vision and portfolio for conferences, summits, roadshows, sales kickoff, and top-tier third-party events based on business impact and audience value.
•Own pipeline and revenue impact through integrated pre-event, onsite, and post-event programs; manage budget, vendors, and event infrastructure including registration, lead capture, CRM integration, and measurement/attribution.

Travel: Medium travel
