Job Summary

Lead a dual-track product role across RTX’s software solutions portfolio: manage and support legacy on-premise products while helping teams build a clear vision for a modern, cloud-based offering. Partner with product managers to translate strategy into execution, manage roadmaps and total lifecycle management (including legacy sun-setting), advise global customers on pain points, and help elevate product delivery through mentorship and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and coach peers and team members to elevate product best practices.
•Break down organisational silos by fostering cross-pollination and acting as a servant leader across distributed engineering and architecture pods.
•Advise global customers on legacy product pain points and define future enhancements to deliver customer value.
•Manage and execute roadmaps for existing legacy products and support total lifecycle management, including phased sun-setting.
•Partner with product managers to translate product vision into execution and support adherence to product P&L, including CAPEX and OPEX alignment.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Product Owner leading complex enterprise software from strategy through delivery.
•Financial acumen to manage or support a product P&L, including CAPEX and OPEX budget tracking.
•Experience in data-heavy and AI-driven product environments.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, aligning cross-cultural teams and stakeholders across the UK, US, and India.
•Proficiency with product/engineering tooling such as Aha! Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, Productboard, or Jira.
