Job Summary

Drive project management for international touring, partnering with stakeholders and cross-divisional teams to define milestones, deliverables, timelines, and accountability. Manage tour administration end to end, including calendar availabilities, routings, and tour files. Use TM1 and related systems to review ticketing data, support tour finance reporting and weekly artist payments, and coordinate deal documentation and contract reviews while liaising with artists and venues.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage administration for tours of all sizes, including calendar availabilities/holds.
•Create and oversee tour routings and tour files (confirmations, contacts, offers, pot trackers).
•Utilize TM1 and other systems to gather and review ticketing data to support decision-making and handle industry/guest ticketing requests.
•Coordinate with tour finance on reporting needs and complete/track weekly artist payments.
•Oversee day-to-day execution of small to mid size domestic tour deals, liaising with artists/agents/managers and coordinating with local offices and third-party venues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
•2+ years of experience in the live music business working with live events.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
•Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and proactive in prioritizing multiple tasks.
•Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Concur; bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
