Job Summary

Serve as a senior technical advisor driving the client’s network, cloud, application, and enterprise technology strategy and design. Lead enterprise architecture standards, target architecture, roadmaps, and architecture artifacts while translating business and mission needs into secure, scalable, interoperable solutions. Partner with government stakeholders, guide system design reviews, support production transition, and mentor architects and engineers using Agile/Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development and maintenance of enterprise technology strategy, target architecture, standards, roadmaps, taxonomies, reference patterns, and conceptual/logical designs.
•Collaborate with government stakeholders to identify business, functional, and technical requirements for new or enhanced enterprise capabilities.
•Lead network, cloud, and application architecture and design efforts integrating with the client’s enterprise environment and mission objectives.
•Develop business cases, alternatives analyses, ROI assessments, and technology evaluations; provide guidance through architecture diagrams and implementation plans.
•Ensure architectures address security, scalability, resiliency, interoperability, performance, and supportability; mentor architects and engineers and guide production transitions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a closely related field; or at least 15 years of relevant IT architecture and engineering experience.
•At least 5 years of network engineering and 5 years of network architecture experience.
•At least 5 years leading enterprise architecture or solution architecture for complex, integrated IT environments.
•At least 5 years of cloud architecture and integration in a hybrid/multi-cloud environment.
•Active Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI access, applying secure-by-design principles.
