Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product strategy and roadmap for operational/on-prem workflows across POS, KDS, and operator-facing tools.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, and hardware teams to ship reliable features in real on-prem environments.
  • •Conduct in-field research in stores/restaurants to identify friction points in FOH/BOH workflows.
  • •Translate operator pain points into prioritized, sequenced product bets and define measurable efficiency metrics.
  • •Lead a team of product managers across ordering, kitchen ops, and reporting, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and hardware teams.

Salary: USD 184,000 - 276,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in product management, including 5+ years managing people, within restaurant tech, POS, or services.
  • •Experience building products for restaurant/retail/other physical on-prem operational environments (POS, KDS, order management preferred).
  • •Proven track record shipping products that measurably improved operational metrics like speed, accuracy, throughput, and labor efficiency.
  • •Strong understanding of FOH/BOH operations and credibility with restaurant GM/store manager workflows.
  • •Comfort defining and instrumenting operational KPIs and translating operator pain points into sequenced product bets.
