Senior Software Engineer to build AI-enabled developer productivity systems and high-performance tooling that empower thousands of Adobe engineers. You will design scalable developer platforms, including Bazel-based builds, CI/CD, and testing frameworks, partner with product teams to reduce onboarding friction, and mentor others while advancing engineering best practices across a large-scale monorepo environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement AI-powered developer productivity solutions and workflows to improve onboarding, development, code review, testing, debugging, incident triage, documentation, code quality, and velocity
•Build and enhance large-scale developer platforms including Bazel-based builds, CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, and engineering productivity tooling
•Partner with product engineering teams to understand developer pain points, identify bottlenecks, and deliver solutions that improve experience, efficiency, and reliability
•Develop high-performance, reliable, well-tested platform and infrastructure code enabling engineers to build, test, and deploy at scale
•Mentor engineers, contribute to engineering best practices, and foster a collaborative environment focused on learning and innovation

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience building scalable applications, developer platforms, tooling, or infrastructure
•Demonstrated experience building, integrating, or operating AI-powered systems that improve software engineering workflows (tooling, code review, testing, CI/CD, incident triage)
•Experience in large-scale monorepo environments, including build systems, dependency management, CI/CD workflows, and engineering productivity challenges at scale
•Strong software engineering fundamentals (system design, data structures, algorithms, debugging, performance, reliability)
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills with ability to influence technical decisions
