Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively assist assigned People & Culture Business Partners driving the SAP People Agenda for E&T business units.
  • •Support strategic people initiatives, focus topics, and manage ad-hoc requests and submissions.
  • •Own discrete projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Create high-quality deliverables in communications and presentations for P&C BP leads, E&T leadership, and employees.
  • •Perform high-impact people analytics using internal SAP tools and AI-powered platforms to provide org insights.
