Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Assist in multiple store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty promotion, and maintaining cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs using sales-driven techniques, while following asset protection and compliance procedures.
